I would like to send my heartfelt condolences to Mike's family and friends. I enjoyed one season with Mike playing hockey for the Oromocto High School Blues. We also played four years on the Oromocto Legionaires Fastball Team, which included 2 trips to the Canadian Junior Fastball Championships. Mike was an excellent athlete and an even better human being.
Rest in Peace my friend

RIP Uncle Doogie. I'm thankful that I was able to see you this past July. You were a special person in our family and will be missed deeply. Hope you're playing guitar and singing up in heaven with mom.

My heart aches with the loss of my Uncle “Doogie”. I will feel this hurt for a long while but he will always be in my heart and in my memories. I have so many memories as he has always been a part of my life. He was there for all the big moments in my life, both happy and sad ones. He was also there for the day-to-day, like many weekends just sitting around playing guitar and singing with my mom and dad. My deepest condolences to all.

It is with a heavy heavy heart that I will have to say goodbye to my best friend. Mike and I grew up together since we were 8 years old (57 years of fun laughs and sorrows). Mike was always kind and thoughtful to me and my family. Always the first in line to lend a helping hand. Mike you may be gone but you will always live on in.my heart. RIP

Played softball, hockey and bowling with Mike when I started again in Moncton.
He was a lot of fun as a teammate, but he was a greater friend.
Will miss him.
Our heartfelt condolences.
