Obituary of Theresa Meilleur, Glace Bay

Theresa Meilleur, 56, passed peacefully in her sleep on October 3^rd , 2024 in Seaview Manor, Glace Bay after a long and painful battle with M.S.

It is with great sadness that Theresa, a proud daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, has left this earthly plane. Although we will miss her quick wit and beautiful smile, we are all grateful her suffering has ended.

Born in Guelph, Ontario she was the daughter of the late John and Diane (Noseworthy) Adams.

Before her diagnosis, Theresa was an avid nature lover, always excited in seeking her next adventure. From water sports to backyard shenanigans and forever traveling, it was rare for her to remain dormant for long. She loved the feel of grass in her toes and sun on her skin.

Theresa led a difficult life but always tried to find the beauty in the little moments. She will be forever missed by her family and friends as she begins her new adventure into the afterlife.

Theresa is survived by her daughter, Crystal Hickey, two grandchildren, Kalyana and Sam as well as several siblings.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no funeral services.

Memorial donations in memory of Theresa may be made to a charity of one's choice.
