Clarence was a great guy and will be missed by many. My father and Clarence both were councilors in Glace Bay before amalgamation. Both served as Deputy Mayor for a time and as was said, Clarence would go out of his way to help others. Thoughts and prayers are with family

Tanya, thinking of you and Scott, all of the grandkids and the rest of Clarence's family during this difficult time. Clarence was a swell guy who was very kind to us in our high school days.
